Refund, Return, Exchange Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@lapanache.us with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and, if eligible, may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If a return is required for verification, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
  
• If the issue is determined to be an error on our part, we may provide a prepaid return label.
